1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the x777ff platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and x777ff (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2.4 Single Account Policy

You may register only one account with x777ff. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Exclusion and Self-Exclusion

If you have previously self-excluded from x777ff or any affiliated gaming platform, or if you are registered with any gambling exclusion program, you must not register for or use the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. 3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Immediately notify x777ff of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. x777ff will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Verification Requirements

x777ff reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your x777ff account using any of the payment methods made available on the Service, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other e-wallet services. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are lawfully yours and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500;
• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.4;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 2-4 hours; bank transfers within 24 hours.

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. x777ff reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party payment method and to suspend or terminate your account.

4.4 Fees and Charges

x777ff does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet service, etc.) may impose its own fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

x777ff is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that we deem suspicious. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension, transaction reversal, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

x777ff may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") from time to time. Participation in any Bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions of that Bonus, which will be published on the Service at the time the Bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

This means you must wager the Bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus. 5.4 Bonus Expiration

All Bonuses have an expiration date, which will be stated in the Bonus terms. If you do not meet the wagering requirements before the expiration date, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by the rules of any game you play. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules, x777ff's interpretation of the rules shall be final.

6.2 Random Number Generation

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. x777ff will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly, but we are not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions.

6.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will be resolved according to the game's rules. In most cases, the game will continue to its conclusion, and the result will be recorded in your account history. You can view the outcome by checking your transaction history after reconnecting.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x777ff Service. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;

7.3 Underage Gambling

Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that minors do not have access to your account credentials or devices.

7.4 Abuse of Service

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or x777ff staff;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the Service;
• Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by x777ff

x777ff reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Any other reason that x777ff deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

8.2 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. x777ff is not responsible for any funds left in a closed account.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will no longer have access to the Service, and any outstanding Bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited. x777ff reserves the right to retain your account information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The x777ff Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. x777ff does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, x777ff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service;
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall x777ff's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless x777ff, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Changes to Terms and Service

10.1 Modifications to Terms

x777ff reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10.2 Changes to Service

x777ff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
